Sessions set by the tide
You only open the slots the tide actually allows, and you shift a session on the planner when the swell moves the timings. Instructor and gear availability is checked for you.
Boards and wetsuits in limited stock
The client adds their hire to the lesson, in the same basket and the same payment. The stock updates itself, so the same board is never promised twice.
Confirmations and reminders
Every client gets their confirmation, their reminder and the meeting point on the beach in their own language, without anyone sending it.
Payment on the beach
Yoplanning is fully web-based and your instructors work from the mobile app: the day's schedule, the participant list and payment taken on the spot. In France the till is approved by the tax authority.
