Yoplanning's AI assistant sits inside your account and does the work with you: it reads your orders, your schedule and your figures, and it creates or changes what you ask for. Most of what you would have written to support about, it settles on its own.
Open the assistant from the button in your interface and ask in plain words. It knows Yoplanning inside out, reads your data and makes the change itself — the way a member of our support team would, without the wait. The rule of thumb: if you can do it by hand in Yoplanning, ask the assistant first.

The AI schedule guards your online sales
The AI schedule works out each session's availability from your instructors' own availability: it assigns whoever is free, and closes a slot to online sale as soon as nobody can run it. You set it up once, before the season — no more bookings you cannot staff.
Sell to customers whose language you do not speak
Translations have been built into Yoplanning from day one. Your customers and your resellers read in English, French, Italian or Spanish, and you keep working in your own. That is what opens up the foreign groups and tour operators you would otherwise have turned away.
Reminders that kill no-shows
Every customer gets an automatic reminder at the moment you choose before the session. Fewer empty places, fewer refunds to argue over, fewer calls the night before.
Prices that follow the season
Marketing rules apply your own yield strategy on their own: high and low season, filling rate, last-minute seats, with the crossed-out price shown to the customer. You write the rule once, the software applies it on every booking.

We pushed the assistant as far as it goes so it clears the routine on its own: a setting you cannot find, an order to correct, an invoice to check. It works inside your account, on your own data, and it never sends anything to your customers without you.
